元宵節 Lantern festival

For traditional Chinese New Year’s celebration, it lasts for 15 days. The last day of the Chinese New Year’s celebration, the 15^th day, it calls (元宵節) Lantern festival. At that day, again, traditional, we eat rice balls. So I buy 2 packs of (湯圓) rice balls with fillings, red beans and peanuts, the reason why I buy 2, of course it’s on sale, kind of buy one get one free. And I normally buy the fillings with sesame, kids and me prefer this one, and I think most of the people do too, that must be the reason why sesame rice balls ran out.

I cook them separately for 2 days; one is according to the Asian time, the other for U.S. time.

People say, third time's the charm, I’ll say twice is a charm.
