For traditional Chinese New
Year’s celebration, it lasts for 15 days. The last day of the Chinese New Year’s
celebration, the 15th day, it calls (元宵節)
Lantern festival. At that day, again, traditional, we eat rice balls. So I buy
2 packs of (湯圓) rice balls with fillings, red beans and peanuts,
the reason why I buy 2, of course it’s on sale, kind of buy one get one free. And
I normally buy the fillings with sesame, kids and me prefer this one, and I think
most of the people do too, that must be the reason why sesame rice balls ran
out.
I cook them separately for 2 days; one is according
to the Asian time, the other for U.S. time.
People say, third time's
the charm, I’ll say twice is a charm.
