stew lamb leg

Before, Lamb is what my kids enjoy but not me.

And now I find a way to cook it so that the special smell of it won’t be so strong, I enjoy it also.

I have lots of different kinds of spices to add onto, cooking with the lamb; cumin, red pepper powder (spice it up), paprika (to add the color and the flavor), dry dill (try to use what I have in hand), garlic, ginger, green onion also some vegetable; onion, celery, potato and the like.
Lamb meat is so tender; lamb legs have the same tenderness, so I stop buying the rib to save the budget.
