pork belly

還行!但這也縮太大了!
Tastes good, but the meat always shrink so much after cook.

Marinate the whole piece of pork belly in the mixture of brown sugar, soy sauce, water, and Oliver oil in the pot that you are planning to cook for at least 6 hours prior cooking.

My next project is, plain boiled pork with mashed garlic in soy sauce (蒜泥白肉).
