Yesterday, it’s the first time that I bought 2 new phones
for my sons from a T-Mobile store.
And only learned after we got home that we’ve been charged
for $20 plus tax for each phone that we bought. Furious, but what can we do, this
is ridiculous.
The fee is called an Assisted Service fee.
