Slush

An easy and healthy way to cool down for this hot summer; slush! 

Have as many as frozen fruits ready to blend them into slush; from mangoes, bananas, blueberries, strawberries, grapes, cherries (pit them after frozen, to reduce juice lose), lemon juice ( this one can just use a fresh squeeze juice) and so on.

I always have one whole lemon juice in each cup, give it a tastes of sour, if you cannot stand any sour, then add a bit of honey to it. Vitamin c is one of the way on preventing browning.

Have fun and be creative to mix different color of fruits, you'll be amazed by all the vivid natural colors that you can get. 

I tend to buy bulk on fruits whenever it’s on sale, freeze them, one of the way to extend fruits’ self-life.

Also, thaw the frozen fruits a bit and add some water before blend them into slush; don’t defrost it for too long or add too much water to it, otherwise, it’ll become too watery like juice.
