Marinated pork with sauce
along with smashed pineapple, it makes the meat nice and tender.
Make sure not to marinate
for too long, like over night then the meat will be too soft. Couple of hours
should do the good job.
From this I also found to
take good use of the pineapple cores, which are normally, be trashed and tough
to consume.
People also suggest marinating
with kiwis. I thought the kiwis are too expensive to be used to marinate the
meat, I rather to eat them raw as fruits.
Then bake the meat in the
oven for the burgers, yum!
You can use either the breads
or buns for burgers together with raw onions, tomatoes and green salad. Or you
can just use the green salad as the burger bun and wrap the meat and veggies together.
It tastes really good and healthy too.
