book review - all fishermen are liars

“ALL FISHERMEN ARE LIARS EXCEPT YOU AND ME AND I'M NOT SO SURE ABOUT YOU.” IT’S A FUNNY FISHING SLOGAN.

It is an interesting book to read. But if you never been fish before, you’ll find it sort of hard to understand some technical terms about fishing. The author is a fisherman and writer. During the years he travel a lot for fishing, he’s all over the America fishing area, also including Canada. All the mountain hiking and dirt road driving, new founded places make the adventures more exciting. He tries on different of the fishing methods. You can easily image all the beauty of the fishing tours, different kind of trout, salmon and such. He has been to several states, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Montana, Alaska…and so on.

It also arouses my memory back to 20-something years ago. I used to go fishing a lot in Taiwan with friends, not voluntary, but later I’m kind of enjoying it. We have to get up really early in the morning, like 4 or 5 o’clock, before the sun is up. We fish bass and trout in the stream, we need to hike up and down the mountain. If you like natural then you will love it. It is a refresh after a day’s trip. And the fishes that we caught are another rewarding.
