bake sweet potato

I found a new way to bake sweet potato. I’ve trying different ways to cook it, steam, and sweet soup and bake it as the whole sweet potato also thin slice, but didn’t get the approval from the kids.

That’s talking about the successful one. Cut the sweet potato like the French fries, strips, with the nutritious skin on then flavor them with salt, pepper and olive oil. Make sure try to cut into the shapes and flavor them evenly possible.


Bake them at either 350°F or 375°F, until its golden brown and you can even tell when they are done by the nice sweet aroma from the cooked sweet potato.
