Discourage Employees From Staying Late

Can you tell the differences between picture1, 2 and 3? The first picture is the fully equipment of merely one part of the company office of Heldergroen, the second picture, the deck is disappearing. And the third one, the rest of the chairs and everything are all hulled up to the ceiling.

Yes! This is real, what a marvelous way to discourage the hirelings to not to staying late.

Not just that at 6PM every night and the office turns into an open space for yoga, dancing, and other creative activities.

Work hard as possible, after works’ done, release all the pressures and go back to their lives outside the work, families, friends, habits, and exercises and so forth. We are human beings not machines after all. We all have plenty of things need to be done besides work, right?

With desks and office equipment out of the way, the space serves multiple functions at just about all times throughout the week, not just during weekday work hours.

That is a smart design; it turns the same spaces into a multifunction dimension.
