春卷 fried spring roll

冒著生命危險煎的春卷!
好燙!好香!好吃!

Seriously, I wore oven mitten, while I fry this!
It's hot, it smells good and it's delicious!


原料:綠豆芽、小蘿蔔芽、紅蘿蔔、莕鮑菇  訣竅
快包、快煎、快吃

Stir fry shredded carrots first, then add in Mung bean sprouts, radish sprouts, and then  Pleurotus eryngii, the last, flavored with salt, sauce soy and fleshly ground pepper.

When done, set it aside, drain off as much juice as possible.

Wrap in 3 T of mix vegetables with spring roll wrappers, fry it as soon as possible and enjoy it.
