Summer Berry & Cherry Crisp


In one bowl have blackberry, pitted cherry, brown sugar, coconut flour, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mix them well.

In another bowl have wheat flour, brown sugar, oats, salt, and small cubed butter, well-blended; crisp toppings.

Have some berry mixtures in the bottom of the pie plate, then top with the crisp toppings and then bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until its light golden brown.

I like to top with a scoop of ice cream and eat it while it still warm.

Also depends on how sweet you like, I only add little sugar.
