homemade french bread without yeast recipe

 3 cups whole wheat flour
       4 t baking powder
1 12 cups rice milk or 1 12 cups water (works with any liquid)
  14 cup liquid fat

          1. Mixes dry ingredients.
          2. Mix real well liquids and add to dry.

Depending on the humidity of the air where you live you may need a little bit more or
less of liquid. The dough should be moist but not sticky.

Score lightly the surface in a diamond or X shape to prevent splitting of the crust.
Shape into a ball or an oval.

Place on clean baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes at 400°F.
In my case, I use half of leftover half and half and milk as the liquid base, so I cut the
    liquid fat in half.
It tastes good, especially when it is warm. And I strongly recommend to have the kind
of cheese that you prefer on the sliced of bread.
When my older son tried it on, he said, it tastes weird, like the cake without sugar,
    true, spongy.
A homemade french bread without extra addition.
