egg pudding


It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3, especially with my new way of beating eggs.
You can easily beat the eggs nicely, within seconds, literally, no sweat, no spilling.

milk : egg = 1 : 1

Like 1 t of sugar for 3 eggs, yeah, I have never enjoyed measuring.
Beat them altogether smoothly and divide into 3 equal portions into glass containers.
Then, the best part, steam them with either bamboo steamer, around 20-30 minutes.
It comes out real good, I even open the cover couples of times while steaming.
Or you can use stainless steel rice cooker, remember not the aluminum one.



Here's some of the facts of why? The aluminum one, Oxidizes to a dul gray color.

Concerns with aluminum cookware come from the fact that measurable amounts of aluminum can migrate from the pot into the food. 

Agency for Toxic Substances & Disease Registry, aluminum has been clearly identified as a toxin for the human nervous system (neurotoxicity), immune system (immunotoxicity), and genetic system (genotoxicity).


Not to scour stainless steel pots too harshly when cleaning them, once the surface of the stainless steel has been damaged, the pot will leak nickel into the food that is being cooked.


Does nickel harm our health? Why is nickel in cookware? What is the healthiest type of cookware? Those are other facts that I need to find out, but if I don't stop here, this blog may never be finished soon.
