yum for the day

烤鴨骨湯燜飯 + 紅燒魚(芋)頭 with 豬小排。
Rice cook with leftover roasted duck bone soup + braised taro and rib


燙菠菜拌烤鴨油。Boiled spinach then mix with duck oil.


Power drink = bananas, cherries, blueberries, papaya, vanilla yogurt, milk
Do keep the secret for me again, I sneak in something that kids hate one more time. Can you guess which one? Papaya!
