米漿 rice milk

As a matter of fact, rice milk does not have any milk in it, then why does it called rice milk? I don't either.

Allow me to share with you, my kind of rice milk. Here are the ingredients, brown rice, walnuts, peanuts, sugar and water.

I enjoy cooking, well, sometimes, but am lazy in precise measuring the ingredients , most of the time, judge with my own eyes and feeling. 

Brown rice, walnuts and peanuts are roasted ahead. Then cook the brown rice. Wait until all cool down, blend them with plenty of water till smooth. In the end, I do warm them up and add sugar at this point. Serve it warm.
