It's been almost four months now, I have been mostly home except grocery shopping or curbside pickup for takeout food!

A quiet 4th of July. But not the neighborhood fireworks everywhere.
I did it! Berry Trifle; angel cake, jam, fresh fruits (blueberry and strawberry), lemon curd and whipped cream.
The angel cake and lemon curd are perfect. Because angel cake uses only the egg white and the lemon curd uses only egg yolk. Except today I accidentally broke one egg yolk so I have one egg yolk in the angel cake.
