instant pickle rutabaga

This is my first time to make this dish too.
It tastes sweet and sour. It’s convenient and easy.

First I have rutabaga skinned and thin sliced.
Soak them with lemon juice; make sure the juice can cover all of them. And don't forget to put sugar and a little salt, soak them for at least 4 hours before consume them.


When you eat them drip a little sesame oil onto them.
