Team work, is very important. No matter how the leader is
talented. Work as a team is always more efficiency. A leader takes all the
jobs on he/she is not a perfect leader.
A good team leader will lead the team members to a right direction
and let every member has the chance to grow. The good team leader will respect
his/her team members. The leader oversee the future, arrange every member’s job
duty, let them know what’s lays ahead, solve the problem(s), maintain a good
communicate with the members, listen to members, accept suggestion(s). We help
and rely on each other.
