The health report says if you are lack of sleep time, the brain cells will be damaged. And even you make up the time during the day it won’t help. So we better have an enough and good quality of sleep during the night.
Also there’s a fact about the brain that watching pornography will change the brain’s biological structure.
I think the same thing will happen if you watch something is not appropriate, like violence movie or play violence games. That answers how a person behaves changed and you didn’t even aware of it.
