pumpkin rice noodle

I really like them myself, if you like pumpkin too.
It tastes good and the golden color looks good too.

I have the rice noodle soak in the tasty boiling sauce from the chestnuts chicken for about one minute.
I don't have the minced meat and eggs, only put pumpkin, carrot and mushroom then mix with the rice noodle.

This is also the first time that I ever cook rice noodle. I always like fry rice noodle. But don’t know how to do it and have no confidence in myself too.

I’m pretty much like what I did. And it’s not that difficult like I thought of.
Also mushroom is a big plus for the dish.
