Praise someone in public and point out the shorting in private.
Unfortunately normally people do the reserve way.
Even worse, is that people don't praise on the good in any way but putting their finger on the flaw.
Moreover, people putting his/her finger on something not seem improper at all.
I remember one day there's one sister walk in the room and immediately, she point to someone and said Joanna what happen to your hair. We have like 6 or 8 other sisters there, we all looking at this lady puzzled. There’s something wrong with Joanna's hair? She looks just perfectly fine to all the others.
Yes! We should try to our positive and appropriate suggestion in private.
