unhealth but delicious

It’s so unfortunately that most of the time the foods that taste delicious aren’t healthy.

Watch for the ingredients whenever you can, artificial color, artificial favor, preservative, antioxidant…..etc. and try to eat less processed foods, consume the original foods as much as possible.

But one thing is there’s so much pollution nowadays, we only can try our best of it, try to cook the foods yourself instead of eat out.
