gnocchi 麵疙瘩

Take mashed potato 350 grams mix 150 grams flour, 1 egg and some olive oil, after kneading a dough and let stand 15 minutes.

Then make the dough into strips, diced with fork into gnocchi dough.

Boiling water plus 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 teaspoons of salt, cook the gnocchi (about 3 to 5 minutes), remove and drain.
