Japanese yam sauce - 山藥白醬

Japanese yam 150 grams (peeled), monochrome silk 200 grams cheese, fresh cream 2 tablespoons, milk 1 cup, rice 1 tablespoon, 10 potato chips, salt 1/2 teaspoon

put fresh milk, fresh cream, rice, diced yam, potato chips, salt into blender then beaten into sauce.

I’m going to try this recipe today. It can go with seafood along or seafood pasta.



it come out fine, i don't use cream and rice. i put extra potato chips, chesse and some garlic. 
its creamy, it go with the pasta quite well. and i have a stir fry vegetables on the side. its a brand new sauce and i like it.
