James 1:19-20
This you know, my beloved brethren. But let everyone be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger; for the anger of man does not achieve the righteousness of God.
This we all know, but often time we forget. I feel very bad about myself today. I pray to Lord for forgiveness for myself also pray for the people push my anger button. I still have a lot to learn. I need the wisdom from the Lord.
