Day101 - 06252020

Did a lot of cooking today. Tomorrow will be the 粽子 making day. Guess we have to exercise harder after having those yummy food.
Taiwanese Braised Beef Shank with frozen tofu, it is good! But I sliced the beef shank way too thick that was not good I was too lazy.

I baked 韭油大餅 instead of 蔥油大餅 because lately our scallions didn't grow very well. I used black sesame instead of white sesame because I couldn't buy the kind of white sesame that I wanted. And in the end, I realized that I forgot the grease the baking pans. It was terrible! Part of almost each pieces were stocked to the pan.
A new way to add liquid/dry ingredients into dry ingredients without touch the measuring spoon. Used the spoon to make a shape onto it first, then pour the ingredients into that spot.

Got an unwanted, broken grill from the across neighbor. I want to turn it into a planter. I cannot wait to turn it into something useful and beautiful!

Finally, I got to have the silicon brush at Aldi and the glass measuring cup with cover from Albertsons. That means more baking to come, watch out!
