Make oatmeal cookies with coconut and sesame. I used the fresh coconut flesh extracted from the coconut shell after we drank the coconut water.
I am glad that I didn't buy the bread maker machine. It is convenient I guess, but not necessary. I do need some Bakeware though. Like a pastry brush, big glass measure cup and such.
Need to buy more sugar.
Want to make 粽子 for the 端午節 Dragon Boat Festival. It's a lot of work, but since I have more time now. I should do it again!
